Karen Russell
Director
Karen dedicated her career to childcare in 1982 and never looked back, and has been Gingerbread's Director for 15+ years. She is First Aid and CPR Certified with National CDA and Director Credentials. Karen oversees the center, team, and all programming.
Kelcie Kraft
Supervisor
Kelcie has spent her career in Childcare and an incredible 20+ years with Gingerbread. She First Aid and CPR Certified and possesses her CDA. Kelcie has two teenage daughters of her own, and her favorite part of the job is watching all of her students grow up.
Jennifer Chambers
Supervisor
Jennifer has worked in childcare her entire career. She is First Aid and CPR Certified and possesses her CDA. Jennifer enrolled her own child at Gingerbread in 1997, and soon decided to join the us as a teacher. We have been lucky to have her as part of our family since. 
Our Teachers
Our Teachers are dedicated education and childcare professionals who are fully committed to providing the highest quality of care and education for your children. All of our teachers have formal education and certifications in early childhood education as well as First Aid and CPR certifications. All employees of Gingerbread undergo thorough screening, reference, and background checks including fingerprinting, criminal records checks, as well as education and certification status verification. Any teachers transporting children in one of our Daycare vans or buses undergo an annual driving history and safety check. All teachers are required to complete regular continuing education courses.
